Now imagine the actor Vincent Price with his horror inducing voice reporting all this:

The night of ghouls came upon us! A cold wind blowing, mysterious wisps of white flew around us, sinister laughing and blood curdling screams oooh the night was dark at the graveyard watch in Muddy Waters!!

To quote our beloved Activities Officer Oliver: "What a SPOOKTACULAR night with the Malta Chapter bikers!! A BIG thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s gory Halloween evening! Your terrifying costumes made the night extra spooky… "

Oh yes we had a Phantom of the Opera, many Draculian capes and skull faces, crazy professors and even dear Freddy Krueger made an apperence too! While the Ladies, oh the ladies costumes! Caroline as always with the most beautiful, intricately sewn master piece of a hand made gown and what of Maleficent complete with horns too and a very red bride horrifically complete with a red net over her face! Amanda's Cat Woman made an appearance too!

As for couples wow Batman, Manuel accompanied Cat Woman. Denis and Michele faithfully represented the chaotic and mischievous characters of Beetlejuice!Clayton and Brenda with their goryified Mr and Mrs Ronald McDonald were a hit plus many a stately gentlemen and their beautiful courtesans graced this dark night! Even your beloved Historian and his Lady in his usual emulation of movie greats turned up as two of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse! What an amazing array of gorgeous costumes befitting a Halloween Venetian Ball we had folks!

The finger food came fast and plentiful too accompanied by the DJ who instantly recognised our biker core and played many an all time great rocking tune for us to dance to, and dance they did especially the Ladies of Harley regaling us with their subtle and enticing moves!

The laughter rang out but not the wwooohhaahhaa kind but genuine laughter you hear among dear friends enjoying each other's company.

Then came the time for our statutory raffle and many a "yes yes" rang out as winner after winner went up to the Podium to be given their prize by Oliver after, of course, very importantly their ticket was verified by our on the spot auditor Freddy Kruger alias Tonio!! A special round of applause for our sponsors : Beauty Point, Vigo Menswear, WKD, Crina De Luca, Nails by Yvette and Christian Micallef.

Oliver and Sergio went on to brief our upcoming events too including next weekend's monumental HOG Malta Rally and the next Charity event the orphand children's San Martin event and the Chapter's donation of token bags of sweets and goodies! The Chapter's Christmas party is up there too on the horizon folks!

What a perfect night to rev up our engines and get into the spirit of these upcoming events and next weekend's H.O.G. Malta Rally folks!... again to quote Oliver who, deserves a special applause here as our unstoppable Activities Officer and Phyllis for the Ladies of Harley for organising and making a horrifyingly successful night like tonight for all of us to enjoy! Bravo guys and dolls! And so the graveyard watch at Muddy Waters ended with all the suitably dressed ghouls saying their goodbyes as they disappeared into the night.....

I too bid you a calm and pleasant night... WOOOHHAAHAAAHAAAA!
